“I’m new to Croydon Health Services Library.. what do I need to do?”
Welcome!
There are a few things you need to do to so that you can use your Library and Knowledge Service fully
1. Fill in an online Join The Library form. You can find this on NHS Knowledge and Library Hub (under Library Services)
2. Collect your barcode in person in order to self-issue books after you have filled in your membership form. We are staffed Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
3. Set up or transfer your NHS Open Athens account to Croydon Health Services. Simply contact us to do this
4. Set up a current awareness alert (this is optional but recommended)
5. Find out about all the training and resources we provide for you in our Information Skills Training folder
6. Ask us about getting 24/7 access to the Library or complete a form to request access
